Finance Process Manager, Purchase To Pay (Fixed Term)

Tietoevry invites to join our Finance Process Management team. Purchase to Pay sub-process is to specify Tietoevry’s global process for Purchasing of goods and services , in order to comply with the Procurement Policy. Additionally, Purchase to Pay sub-process describes the supplier invoice and employee expense report handling activities, payment handling and Accounts Payable module closing.

With us you will be responsible for:

• Process management, change, improvement, exception handling, implementation and harmonize processes and practices in all countries.
• Analyze data and prepare business cases, seek for the most effective and efficient solutions.
• Manage risks and deal with the most complex and demanding issues in the area of expertise.
• Set priorities for developments, communicate changes and give trainings, guidance.
• Manage or participate in all ongoing projects that might affect or change the process; ensure stakeholders involvement.
• Participate and support audit process; create and maintain process documentation.

We expect you have:

• Fluent English language (written and spoken).
• Previous process management work experience and understanding of End-To-End process.
• University degree in Finance or Business administration.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP  is an advantage.
