We are looking for Financial and Administrative Affairs Responsible for our company.
Job Description:
Providing leadership, direction and guidance to accounting team in line with company’s policies and procedures
Executing the HR Payroll activities according to Latvian Labor Law and and the monthly reporting required by the Turkish Headquarter
S/he works in accordance with official norms and legislation while performing accounting and financial process.
S/he prepares weekly/monthly/yearly reports to Head Office Finance, Accounting, Human Resources departments if demands
S/he performs necessary checks for the whole salary activities, ensuring the deposit of the employees’ salaries accurately
Monitor schedules, overtime, annual leave, staff assessment process
S/he evaluates and classifies Job Application Forms
Perform operational and admin candidates interviews and deals with documentation of new hires
S/he plans and implements for new comers orientation trainings
To compile, plan and control the distribution of financial resources, cash flow.
Provide the necessary financial information to the management and other employees.
To keep accounts and control of creditors and debtors.
To register and book business transactions in the accounting registers and accounting program on the basis of the source documents.
Take control and accounting of fixed assets.
S/he works according to company’s finance and administrative programes (J-Guar, C-Pack).
Keep track of deficit and surplus of money envelopes of cash registers.
Making money transfers (payments, etc.) in accordance with the payment deadlines and the Money Transfer procedure.
Controlling cash in a safe deposit box and keeping track of it, preparing the necessary reports on the use of money.
Requirements
Qualifications:
University degree (preferably in Economics, Finance and Business Administration).
At least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance and labor system.
Knowledge of Latvian Accounting standards (essential) and International Financial Reporting Standards (preferable) Knowledge of Latvian Commercial Law.
Knowledge of Latvian Labor Law.
Fluency in written and spoken English Excellent command of MS-Office Applications and good knowledge of ERP systems.
Result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical thinking skills.
Period: fixed 2 years.
