Finnish speaking customer support specialist

Join us as a Customer Service Representative!

In this role, you will:

• Work for Western Union, an industry leader in global money transfer and payment services.
• Answer inbound customer calls in Finnish and analyze the issues in a fast, constructive manner.
• Solve customer's issues in regard to money payments both of simple and more complicated nature.
• Take your communication skills to the next level by leading professional conversations with clients.
• Provide an excellent customer experience.
• Work with set goals, where you will be assessed on speaking time and customer satisfaction.

Work in a shift schedule (shift is 8h 30min) - 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week.

Working hours: Monday - Sunday, 09:00-21:00, after some time it is possible to work longer shifts, therefore having more days off.

• It is easy to prioritize customers and you are always willing to help others.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Speak fluently in Finnish and you have good English skills.
