Description of main duties:
The team leader will manage a group of up to 10 customer service representatives in accordance with objectives and procedures of the company. He/she will have to organize daily work of the group, to control fulfillment of the given tasks, to ensure efficient work of the group and to motivate employees. Team leader’s tasks include quality control and work with product information. He/she must be able to develop competences of the employees, to organize and manage team meetings and to conduct individual coaching.

Requirements for candidates:
-Finnish language knowledge (Level C1);
-Fluent in English;
-Leadership and organizational skills, ability to control work of the group;
-Ability to form efficient communication, proficiency to influence on action of others;
- Self-motivated personality, oriented to results, willingness to set priorities and to reach goals of the company and its clients;
-Ability to plan time effectively;
- Flexibility (ability to adapt to different situations) and ability to find solution in any situation;
-Understanding about management and motivation of people;
-Ability to work also in weekends and evenings.
