Job Description

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

Main responsibilities:

Support fuel delivery reconciliation processes
Help to optimize fuel deliveries to Circle K customers and stations
Provide operational support to drivers and resolve fuel delivery related issues
Optimize delivery costs while ensuring uninterrupted fuel availability across the network
Perform other departmental tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements

Degree in, or currently studying, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in the logistics field
Availability and willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to a rotating shift schedule
Fluency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with colleagues across Europe
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
