• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations organization.
• Assistance and support to the Management, CFO and Business Controller to prépare the Financial reports during month/ quarter/ year-end closing.
• Responsible for financial statement preparation in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to management.
• Ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Accounting reconciliations with group accounting requirements.
• Cash-flow management, payroll for employees.
• Project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Tax Accounting and Reporting.
• Research and analysis in respect of new transactions and changes in accounting procedures.
• Participation in external and internal audits.
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial data and achieving of the KPI's.
• Participation in special projects, as required.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting/finance or similar.
• At least 5 years of chief accountant working experience, preferably in an international company.
• Knowledge of and experience with current and emerging International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Experience with technical interpretation of accounting standards.
• Knowledge of and experience with full cycle accounting process, account reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
• Experience of payroll.
• Fluent in Latvian, Russian and English.
• Good computer skills (advanced Excel).
• Knowledge or experience working of finance software: SAP.
• A strong team player with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, accurate and detail oriented.
• Structural and process driven thinking.
• Accuracy and high sense of responsibility.
