Requirements
- Operational and financial management of the Resort
- Preparing of Budget and Forecasts
- Monitoring of costs and revenue
- Guest Relations and representation of the Hotel
- Improvement of Service Quality and guest satisfaction
- Personnel Management
Your Qualifications
- Professional experience within the resort hospitality
- Excellent leadership skills
- Leading 60 employees
- Strong guest service orientation
- Hands-on
- Fluent in English
