Job Description

  • Shop Attendant will promote our high quality retailing standards, continuously driving maximum sales results and superior quality customer service.
  • Achieve/exceed sales goals as outlined by the company.
  • Offer a welcoming greeting to all customers as they enter the store.
  • Present merchandise with enthusiasm, and assist in the selection by making recommendations to the customer.
  • Respects and understands others and displays multi-cultural awareness. Passionate about guest experience and the hospitality/retail industry.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven track record driving sales performance through business development activities including product launches or events.
  • 1+ Years’ experience in retail or hospitality; luxury guest experience is of interest.
  • Brand, price, industry details are also required
  • Proficient English + one of European language.
