Gift Shop Manager

DUTY FREE SHOP MANAGER will manage all shops on board, scheduling operating times, marketing, advertising, stock control and ordering, sales strategies in keeping with Company policy as well as monitoring and analysing sales results to achieve higher revenue, and to develop increasingly effective marketing police.

Achieve/exceed sales goals as outlined by the company

Accurately ring and process sales transactions to completion using appropriate customer service techniques

Strong communication and training skills and experience of managing team of at least 15 staff.

Ability to manage a team to meat common goals and targets.

Fluent written and spoken English + at least one additional European language

5 years minimum on-board retail experience as shop manager (duty free).

Leadership via sales tactics and elevated standards of effective team training through motivation

Free single accommodation and meal, while aboard

Basic NET Salary + % + bonuses (based on completion of sales targets)

Contract lengths 6 months aboard and 2 months vacation
