Skuden is a small restaurant placed in southern Denmark. We are not set on a certain style and we change the menu once every 3rd month + a few changes during that period. We are around 7 employees in the restaurant and we do parties and take away events.

We are a small team of around 10 employees; waiters, dishwashers and such.
We are looking for a headchef, that can manage the daily functions of the kitchen, in close dialog with the manager.
Requirements
You are the only full time employee in the kitchen, we have an assistant a few times a week.
- Daily food preparation and a la carte service
- Menu planning
- Continue to evolve the kitchen
- Self-regulation (state mandatory cleaning schedule etc.)
- Order goods and maintain the kitchen
You will be given great freedom to work and the posibility to become selfsufficient
