Job Description

We are looking for experienced and results-oriented

HELP DESK AGENT

to our new project starting in November 2011!

As a Help Desk Agent you are responsible for conducting the trainings and sharing the know-how, ensuring the performance and efficiency of the team. You are also in charge of effective communication and information sharing. If you would like to be part of our international team and have all the requirements below send us your CV already today.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for effective communication and information sharing
  • Ensuring the performance and efficiency of the team
  • Creation and revision of training documentation and manuals
  • Organizing and conducting Basic- and Up-Trainings to the team
  • Mentoring and assisting new hires
  • Achieving high quality of service
  • Ensuring compliance of metrics and procedures
  • Problem escalation
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Team manager


Requirements

  • Experience in training delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and Swedish mandatory, other languages will be an advantage
  • Experienced user of MS Applications
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Result-oriented and attention to details
  • Systematic and self-initiative working approach
  • Sense or urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to adopt instructions and handle several tasks simultaneously
  • Background in one of the following areas: Customer Service, Sales, After sales, claim handling experience
