Perfect WRITTEN English (Grammar, Vocabulary, Style, etc.)
Very good spoken English
Very good spoken Russian
Ability to compose messages in a logical manner
Decent typing speed and PC literacy
Reliable visual and logical memory
Flexible and fast thinking
Positive attitude and willingness to be helpful
Understanding human psychology
Maintaining good performance when doing repetitive tasks
