Job Description

  • Posting apartment ads on the webpage and portal and other simple marketing activities.
  • Showing apartments/commercial spaces to potential clients.
  • Signing of lease agreements and handover of apartments/commercial spaces to client.
  • Be the first point of contact for tenants. 
  • Handling of client request.
  • Oversee the work of cleaning and maintenance companies on the property. 
  • Handling of renovation and warranty issues.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Latvian and English, excellent knowledge of Russian.
  • Experience in similar position or hospitality (front office or sales). 
  • Good time management skills. 
  • Sales and service-oriented mindset. 
  • High communication skills.
  • Good computer skills, webpage management experience is beneficial. 
  • Experience in marketing is beneficial.
