House Manager's assistant

Antonijas 24, a historical art-nouveau building located in the prestigious Riga quiet center, contains 2 shops, 17 offices and 18 apartments. The building is managed by a private limited company SIA Quality Services.

SIA Quality Services currently employs a General Manager, a House Manager, a Technical Manager, a Technical Specialist and a Bookkeeper. We are looking to expend our team with a part-time House Management Trainee who is going to help us in the following areas:

Main Responsibilities:

• project management
• clients contract management
• attracting new service providers
• application for subsidies
• administration
• commercial activities

The House Management Trainee reports to the General Manager.

The estimated number of house is 15 hours per week to be performed at Antonijas 24 office during normal office hours.

Ideal candidate:

• is a house management student
• has a secondary education diploma
• is perfect in Latvian, good in English, basic in Russian
• knows well the Internet, Google drive and MS-Office
• has a technical sense, handyman
• is an independent worker, respecting the team and demonstrates initiative and creativity
• is ambitious and carrier drive
• ability to relocate to the appartment owned and managed bySIA Quality Services
