Darba apraksts

  • Deploy Worldline group HR processes and policies locally
  • Advice internal or external stakeholders
  • Coordinate recruitment activities in tight collaboration with the group centre of expertise
  • Provide support on compensation matters
  • Lead performance reviews, talent reviews and conclude succession plans
  • Explain the global framework for career progression, using internal tools
  • Provide leadership and direction to line managers for HR matters
  • Demonstrate assertiveness, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Show credibility and recognition of ethical behaviour

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Obtained professional (University level) HR qualification or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English and Latvian
  • Experience in providing support and advice to management on operational HR activities and dealing with complex people issues
  • Strong labour market understanding
  • Sophisticated knowledge of HRM and a good economic culture
  • Hands-on, pro-active team player, who is client and solutions-oriented
  • Analytical and fast decision-making skills
  • Able to work independently with limited direction
  • Master strong follow up and organizational skills with an eye for detail
