Job Description

To attract search and select new employees.
To ensure the maintenance of the personnel record-keeping system in accordance with the legislative and regulatory enactments and the procedure.
To organize personnel training and qualification improvement.
Review and evaluate applications, conduct initial selection and conduct interviews.
Provides feedback to candidates and sales manager, as well as ensuring high quality of service.
Advise employees on various personnel management issues.
Previous experience of recruiting and managing IT contractors.

At least 4 years of work experience in the field of personnel management.
Good knowledge of labour legislation in Latvia and the ability to manage personnel records in accordance with valid regulatory enactments.
Ability to work independently as well as to cooperate effectively in a team.
Ability to analyse and interpret information to make decisions.
Good knowledge of English and Latvian, both written and spoken.
Good computer Skills (MS Office).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Higher education, preferably in the field of legal or personnel management.
