Job Description
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of the team
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain compensation and benefits system
• Together with the central training manager, assess training needs to apply and monitor the training cycle
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR indicators
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management system

Requirements
• At least 3 years proven working experience as HR manager
• People oriented and results driven
• Knowledge of HR systems
• Ability to craft HR strategy and ability to lead & deliver strategy
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Comprehensive working knowledge of local labor laws
• Intermediate level of English (oral and written) essential
