HR Specialist (1,5 years)

• Participate in monthly payroll & administration processes, including reporting to authorities & local stakeholders.
• Providing support in employment life-cycle mgmt., including recruitment & on-boarding, training, employee consultations.
• Preparing employment documentation, local policies & agreements, maintaining data in internal HR system Sympa.
• Coordinating local compensation & benefits-related processes, planning and implementing employer branding activities, and preparing documentation, local content, and translations for employee and manager self-service.

• University degree in Business, HR, or related field, at least 2 years of practical work experience in the HR field, knowledge of payroll processes.
• Latvian labour law.
• Ability to manage several projects/workstreams simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and Latvian, good conversational Russian language.
• Reliable team player, with a positive mindset and can-do attitude.
