HR Specialist

We are looking for talented PEOPLE person with outstanding communication skills and can-do attitude.

We require the experience of working in an HR environment and a willingness to work both in a team and individually.
• Fluency in English and Latvian
• Computer literacy - MS Office
• Detail-oriented
• High sense of responsibility and patience.
Your daily tasks will be:
• Assist HR Manager with recruiting process including recruitment campaigns, job advertisements, organize interview schedules and ensuring timely feedback
• On-boarding / Off-boarding activities
• Assist HR Manager with internal and external employer branding activities
• Keep HR database up-to-date
• Participate in personnel evaluation, motivation and internal communication processes
• Participate in and support the organization of company Team building and other events
