Job Description

- Make all the bookings for the leisure serial groups, incentive groups and tailor made holiday individual sales
- Check the hotels, transportation companies, guides, restaurants etc. all suppliers for the FITS and GROUPS bookings.
- Manage the bookings of the daily excursions
- To make the quotations
- Follow the deadlines of the bookings, check the confirmations
- Make the contracts with the suppliers
- Prepare and update the crossing charts, price lists and contacts lists and make the documantations
- To prepare a monthly bulletin and send to İstanbul and Barcelona offices

Requirements

- Graduated from university
- Minimum 2 years experienced in similar position in incoming tour operators
- Fluent in English, Russian and Latvian languages
- Has a spesific carreer goals in tourism market
- Has good organisation and operation skills
- Analytical minded and attentive
- Hardworking and takes care of the details
