Investment Products Regulatory Expert has overall responsibility for:

• Investment products regulatory framework, for development and maintenance of investment products related policies, as well as coordination of investment products governance internal regulations and related bodies.
• The role includes contribution to climate-related (ESG) arrangements in investment services governance framework by designing, developing and maintaining internal regulations related to the area.
• To be successful in addressing and interpreting the MiFID II requirements, excellent knowledge of investment products is highly expected, whereas Luminor provides full support in gaining the deep understanding over sustainability-related laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain investment products related policies.
• Act as the owner of MiFID II Product governance internal regulations and coordinate investment products governance related body.
• Contribute to implementation of SFDR related internal regulations and other ESG arrangements for investment products.
• Act as the project manager for local regulators inquiries.
• Follow market practice in investment regulations area and develop ideas for improvement of Luminor processes.
• Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values.
• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment.
• Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions.

Skills and experience:

• 1.5+ year previous experience in area and exceptional knowledge of investment products and investment products regulations.
• Very good knowledge of MiFID II regulation.
• Ability to translate complex thing into a simple language.
• Skill to manage complex systems and tasks.
• Being capable to work simultaneously with a number of stakeholders.
• SFDR knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
• Customer focus Readiness to take ownership.
• Higher degree preferably Law, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Full proficiency in English and preferably knowledge of one of the Baltic languages.

• A salary range for this position is 2300 - 3350 EUR (Gross), which is to be determined depending on the level of experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
