IT Operations / System Administrator

We are looking for a new team member to join our Riga office full-time.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contribute to the development of plans and budgets, and manage the deployment of IT systems.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks, ensuring appropriate data security and access controls.
• Create and implement IT policies and procedures, including emergency preparedness and contingency planning practices.
• Coordinate, supervise and provide support in projects, involving vendors and ensure full operational interoperability and consistency of operations.

General requirements:

• Linux (advanced).
• Networking (intermediate).
• Cloud computing (intermediate).
• Fluent English.
• Great problem solving and good communication skills.
• Experience in a similar position or at least five years of experience in system administration.

Prefered, but not required: participation in PCI DSS audits, participation in ISO 27001 or similar certification, training in AWS, training in ITIL.
