• Carrying out e-commerce projects from A to Z
• Communicating with Magebit clients across the world
• Leading, motivating and coaching team of Web Developers to ensure project goals are met

Requirements:

• Proven track of record in Project Managers role, preferably in a software company
• High level of inner motivation and accuracy
• Great time management and planning skills, ability to organize own and other team members work
• Strong interpersonal communication and team motivation skills, ability to facilitate daily standup meetings
• Goal orientation
• Ability to track projects progress, take responsibility to overcome challanges and deliver quality results on time
• Proficiency in Business English
