Job Description

* Provide technical support and customer service to customers and educate them on how to use best products and services
* Constantly keep up to date with new products and services and share your knowledge with the rest of the team
* Log calls from customers onto the System and ensure SLA’s and KPI’s set by management are respected
* Identify gaps in the process and propose improvements plans to management
* Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners

Requirements

* Fluency in German, French, Dutch or Swedish and English (B2 level as a minimum for all languages)
* Good IT knowledge and desire to learn everything needed to know about our client’s products and services
* To be ready to relocate to Brno in Czech republic within a month or two months’ time
* Seriousness, flexibility(5/7d environment with working hours comprised between 8am and 8pm), and adaptation skills
* 6 months of experience as minimum or excellent language skills for junior candidates
