IT TECH SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We are planning to expand our tech team in Riga Studio and we are looking for a perfect team player to join our IT team.

Key responsibilities:

• Setup and maintenance for facility network and computers, video and audio equipment, physical infrastructure including electronics, electrics and structure.
• Manage 24/7 support of operations for delivering live video feed.
• To be the main contact person for any technical issues.
• Installation, administration and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, running Windows OS.
• Installation of professional studio equipment: cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and resolve technical issues with OS, MS Office, e-mail, network, etc.
• Full Windows OS setup, including drivers, BIOS and other related software.

Requirements and experience:

• Previous experience in IT support services.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good Windows OS skills – detecting network issues, installations, configuration and remote support, DHCP, DNS, Powershell.
• Problem-solver personality.
• Excellent documentation and experience sharing skills.
• Able to translate technology into simple terms.
• Flexibility to work in the shifts is required, including nights shifts.
