Darba apraksts

  • Coordinate projects by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information in between Engineering department and Production.
  • Inputting orders using ERP system (JEEVES), ensuring they are processed according to company’s and customer requirements. This also includes the creation of debtors (customers) and creditors (suppliers) in our ERP system as well as item / product creation in the system.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as: preparation of commercial offers, reports, invoices, and similar documents.
  • Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data.
  • Researching information when required.
  • Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
  • Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Experience as a Project coordinator, Customer service, Accounting, or in other administrative positions.
  • Experience with ERP system, if Jeeves – it is a plus.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Teams).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Well-organized, strong attention to details and responsible with a “can do” attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
