We are looking for a talented, hardworking and versatile
Branch Manager
in our reopening Latvian office.
Your responsibilities will be supervising branch operations, managing and supervising personnel to meet the set goals. You are needed to assess market conditions and identify opportunities in the country. You have to interact with customers and clients on a daily basis and solve any problems that arise. Important part of this job is to organise marketing activities and events for the branch. You will have the opportunity to put together your team in the department. This job also requires you to travel abroad.
Requirements
Needed qualifications and skills:
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet set goals.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (in latvian, english and russian).
- Good computer skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in management, sales or other relevant business role is a plus.
- Knowledge about the Latvian taxation system, labour and migration law is an advantage.
