Darba apraksts

  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
  • Assist in explaining and providing necessary information for employees.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to managers and HR department.
  • HR file audit (following-up if documents are up to date).
  • Help organize and manage employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

 

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Fluent in Latvian, Russian and English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and motivation.

 

Beneficial skills

  • Previous experience in similar role.
  • HR education.
