Job description

• Development, implementation and management of sales strategy.
• Creating and shaping a sales team.
• Increasing sales volume.
• Maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Finding new business customers, preparing price offers and active sales work.
• Participation in fairs.
• Visiting customers (foreign missions).
• Cooperation with civil engineers and production department.

• You will have similar previous sales work experience in the construction industry.
• They can communicate in Latvian, English and Russian at a very good level of communication.
• You are active, you have excellent communication, negotiation and organization skills.
• You are conscientious, honest, correct and accurate.
• You are independent and result-oriented in your work.
