Requirements
You perfect the team by taking ownerships for:
- peparation and cooking of all variations of Japanese cuisine
- raising ideas and innovations
- ensuring minimum kitchen wastage
- production, preparation and presentation of food with attention to detail
- supporting the daily sushi bar operation

You are arriving with:
- experience as a Sushi Chef
- excellent knowledge of the Asian cuisine and culture
- a focus on our customers
