Job Description

  • Functions related to office work coordination, including calendar updates, meetings, calls, videoconferences
  • Welcome visitors of the organization - front desk function
  • Answer telephone calls and/or transfer them to the appropriate contact person
  • Organize company’s internal documents
  • Organize incoming and outgoing e-mail and paper correspondence
  • Process office related invoices into the SAP system for accounting
  • Organize business travels for employees
  • Coordinate office cleaning, housekeeping and maintenance
  • Plan and organize routine technical maintenance of 2 pool cars

Requirements

  • Well-organized, reliable, polite personality, with good verbal and written communication skills, who is able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced Latvian, English and good Russian skills
  • Preferred previous working experience in related area
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Driving license - B category (active daily driver)
  • Person who likes to help and serve people, cares about cleanliness and order of the place
