Darba apraksts

  • Daily monitoring clients performance and statistics. 
  • Track key account metrics, generate insights and identify upsell and expansion opportunities with clients. 
  • Optimize clients’ revenues. 
  • Identify and create promotional offers for clients. 
  • Configure, track and summarize promotion campaigns. 
  • Understand customer needs and offer applicable solutions which are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with a Head of the customer success manager, Product manager and Integration/support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Assist clients with their daily requests. 

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills - both English and Russian.
  • Team player and goal-oriented.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (including Excel). 
  • High level of organization skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize the responsibilities.
  • Analytical skills - considered as an advantage. 
  • High sense of responsibility and attention to details. 
  • Passion for customer satisfaction.
