As MEININGER Hotels is expanding rapidly, we are looking for a Junior Controller (f/m/d) who will be liaising with Projects, Development and Finance Departments to ensure smooth & efficient controlling process.
Requirements
- Budget process & communication of overspent for Projects & Development for both CAPEX and OPEX
- Supporting all departments for new Business Cases (eg. preparing NPV calculations, etc)
- Prepares CAPEX report and allocation and review of the Expansion CAPEX per group policy.
- Provide cash flow forecast pertaining to CAPEX spend and Project Income
- Coordinate monthly cost report for Projects and implement new budget and invoice system that connects Projects budgeting and Accounting/Financing
- Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in Economics with additional trainings/studies in Controlling
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an international Finance environment
- Excellent skills in Excel, knowledge of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is advantageous
- Business proficiency in English and German, other foreign languages would be advantageous
- Analytical thinking, energetic and pragmatic attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines
