Job Description

  • To provide end users with support and solution for PC, Printer, Network, Operating System, Smartphone, Hardware and Software.
  • Managing the live sales system server and other Microsoft Systems in environment.
  • Working on IT documentation.

Requirements

  • Graduated from Computer Engineering or related studies, might be last year student.
  • Good level of English.
  • Ability to work in shifts (days).
  • Preferred minimum 1-year proven experiences in similar role, but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Windows Client Operating System.
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge (Microsoft certificate is preferred).
  • Ability to adapt to company’s processes and procedures.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Sufficient knowledge of the network structure.
  • Knowledge of ITIL standards.
