JUNIOR SPECIALIST FINANCE IN FUEL ACCOUNTS PAYABLE TEAM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Process supplier invoices.
• Take part in month end closing processes according to the reporting schedule.
• Respond to supplier inquiries and collaborate with internal teams.
• Support the maintenance and improvement of process documentation, procedures, and work instructions.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics ( students are also encouraged to apply).
• Good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
• Fluency in English (to communicate with colleagues across Europe) and Latvian, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a strong team-player attitude.
