Darba apraksts
You are responsible for the strategic objectives, planning, budgets, and overall results in Eastern Europe region;
On the basis of existing business contacts and further market research, you will initiate and develop marketing and sales activities;
On basis of results of thorough research you will acquire new business contacts where needed;
You extend and develop the co-operation and relationship with existing partners/distributors/retailers. Participate in trade show, media and promotion
activities;
You develop and implement action plans for each partner to improve his or her position on the market;
You take calculated risks by setting priorities and committing significant resources based on explicit cost-benefit analyses, within the current concept;
You will understand customer’s unexpressed business needs and find ways to meet them;
Your office will be in the Latvia, but about 30% of your time you will be travelling throughout Eastern Europe;
You will report directly to the Vice President Sales.
Prasības kandidātiem
You have successfully completed studies on either Bachelor or Masters level in business and/or sales;
You have acquired excellent knowledge of English. You speak and write Russian fluently;
You have good knowledge of Latvian;
You have worked in international sales environment for at least 5 years now and you are ready for another challenge;
Specific knowledge of, or experience with, consumer goods and retail business (in the areas) is a definitive advantage;
You are inspiring, independent and self reliant, committed to win and with a strong cultural awareness;
You are a ‘natural’ presenter and not afraid to talk convincingly in front of large groups;
You are capable of being a real ambassador for our client;
Loyalty to our client.
