Key Account Manager – LATVIA

Job Description

1. Relationship with direct customers and distributors of the Company, including collecting information regarding rotation and sales of the Company’s
products, market trends and consumers’ preferences, proposals regarding sales activation by one-off actions; Communicating to direct customers and
distributors any relevant information received from the Company with respect of cooperation; Distributing to direct customers and distributors marketing
and information materials relating to the Company’s products.
2. Monitoring of performance of agreements concluded by direct customers and distributors with the Company, including store checks, display in
stores; quality of marketing services and other performances rendered by the direct customers and distributors for the benefit of the Company.
3. Monitoring of performance of agreements regarding merchandising service, including shelf replenishment in accordance with standards agreed;
4. Market research and collecting information, including analysis of potential customers and distributors market trends and conditions sales and
marketing activities of the Company’s competitors within the Territory.
Reporting to the Company the results of the above activities of the Contractor.

Requirements

• Higher education with a Master degree in business related area.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Key Account Management in pharmacy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work autonomously.
• Analytical and creative skills combined with an enthusiastic “can do” attitude.
• Fluent English.
