Key Account Manager

• Retail sales reporting and analysis.
• Consumer and market research project execution and analysis.
• Sales forecast review.
• Coordinate meetings and arrange samples.
• Participate in exhibitions related to the pet food industry.
• Development and execution of marketing plans with the HQ.
• Keep full and proper books of account and records, submit sales reports to the HQ.
• Provide training and development for distributors.
• Maximize sales and profitability in the region.

By being represented in Europe already, now they are looking for KAM in Latvia.

• At least 3 years of experience in retail sales.
• Working experience in the pet food industry is a must.
• Experience in the FMCG industry.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong work ethic, high energy level, interpersonal skills, motivation, and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication skills and strong commitment.
• The ability to work independently is essential.
• Fluent Latvian and English.

The main objective of this position is to maintain and build long-term relationships with distributors in the region and ensure quality consistency across each individual location.

Remuneration of EUR 1800 - 2300 gross and a company car.
