Our client - Hotel and Restaurant in South Lanarkshire, is currently looking for Kitchen Assistant/ Comis Chef position.

Requirements

• Must have good English;
  
• Must have prevvious experience on preparing salads & sweets, and relieving Comis chef's when necessary;
  
• Must have previous experience working in a hotel kitchen and is keen to train up this area;
  
• Must have good organizational skills and be able to manage other staff.
