Kitchen Assistant/ Comis Chef

Our client - Hotel and Restaurant in South Lanarkshire, is currently looking for Kitchen Assistant/ Comis Chef position.

Must have good English;

Must have prevvious experience on preparing salads & sweets, and relieving Comis chef's when necessary;

Must have previous experience working in a hotel kitchen and is keen to train up this area;

Must have good organizational skills and be able to manage other staff.

6 months contract to be negotiable thereafter.
