DUTIES:

• Helping clients to solve their daily requests via live chat and email.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions.
• Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.

Prasības kandidātiem

IF YOU ARE:

• Fluent in English language (any additional language counted as a priority).
• You have highly developed client management skills.
• Able to work under the pressure.
• Flexible and resilient and interested to work day and night shifts.
