DUTIES:
- Helping clients to solve their daily requests via live chat and email.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions.
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
Prasības kandidātiem
IF YOU ARE:
- Fluent in English language (any additional language counted as a priority).
- You have highly developed client management skills.
- Able to work under the pressure.
- Flexible and resilient and interested to work day and night shifts.
