Land Scout, Latvia

As our new Land Scout, you will identify and review and contract new land opportunities for wind and solar (PV) projects in Latvia. You will have numerous opportunities to define and influence your future role and develop as a professional.  

Areas of Responsibilities

• Build portfolio of land opportunities for renewable energy projects
• Scout land around projects
• Review land agreements
• Negotiate with landowners

Your Profile

• You have a relevant engineering, business, economics, legal degree or similar
• You have experience in renewable energy development, real estate, agriculture, engineering, state land management, building/construction processes, or public administration within planning/energy
• You are a proficient user of MS Office, experience with GIS software, land registration and other real estate and business data bases is an advantage
• You are proficient in Latvian and English, Russian is an advantage
• You have a driving license
