Job Description
• Contract drafting and/or verification in Russian, English and/or French
• Knowledge of international commercial , corporate law
• Monitor and update the amendments in legislation in internal data base with regards to local and foreign jurisdictions
• Research and analyze legislation aspects in foreign jurisdictions
• Draft legal and research memoranda
• Solve legal issues

Requirements
• At least 3 years legal experience in international private/commercial law with a focus on drafting and verification of contracts
• Previous 4-5 years experience in Business Consultancy and B2B field
• Tax planning experience would be a strong asset
• Law Master’s degree
• Excellent Russian and English skills, French will be an advantage
• Good management skills in prioritizing and planning
• Good MS Office skills
