Job Description

Internal company’s lawyer (legal counsel).
Wide range of legal work, including:
drafting of agreements, letters etc.;
drafting of corporate documents;
seldom litigation (usually with debtors);
Land book, Commercial Register;
representation of the employer as a creditor in debtors bankruptcy proceedings / creditors meetings.

Working conditions: office.
Office equipment fullt provided by the employer.

Requirements

Legal education.
Possibly just graduated. Or senior years student.

Legal English.
