You will be responsible for the development of utility-scale renewable energy generation and storage projects, fromtheir formative stages to the point of being construction-ready. Ideally you will have a proven track record inonshore wind development in the Baltics, and be able to manage the in-house development team, along with allinternal & external stakeholders, and successfully navigate these projects through the consenting phase. The LeadProject Development Manager will be commercially focused, identifying project risks and opportunities, support theteam to ensure that projects are delivered according to the relevant permits and investment case.


  • Manage projects from their earliest development stage.
  • Identify, monitor, assess, and manage all risks and issues.
  • Establish, co-ordinate, contribute and update financial models.
  • Assist in establishment of all required commercial contracts for the projects, working alongside Ignitis implementation & procurement teams.
  • Leading, motivating, mentoring, and supporting the project development team.
  • Managing both internal and external stakeholders, as well as project risks
  • Using your thorough understanding of the business case, LCOE and revenue dynamics, to steer the project towards a viable project from a permitting, technical and commercial perspective.
  • Being required to drive commercial and technical decision topics.
  • Prepare decision material and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensuring project/ portfolio delivery within quality, scope, and budget.
  • Manage project development from Greenfield to RTB.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Take the lead in delivering late-stage, existing partnership developments, into the implementation phase.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Experience in delivery of utility scale renewable projects.
  • Experience in RES development team management and RES project Management is an advantage.
  • Experience in the Real Estate market in Latvia, specifically: land structure, specification, and market intelligence across all Latvian regions.
  • Establishing and maintaining landowner relationships.
  • Management of Landowner negotiations alongside specific BDM & PDM‘s.
  • Market competition identification and alignment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum support, well-organised & approachable
  • Driving license.
  • Fluent English and Latvian.

Uzņēmums piedāvā

Salary range for this position is 3220-4831 EUR gross. The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
