Lead Research Specialist

Edurio is on its way to improve education quality globally and we’re looking for great people to help us grow rapidly! Edurio works with over 1500 schools in the United Kingdom and Latvia. We collaborate with leading academics and Ministries of Education to improve the quality of education across schools. Our product helps school management make better decisions by delivering tools to effectively gather feedback and visualise data. 

We're looking for a Lead Research Specialist to help us reach out to potential customers and carry out market research.

What would be your responsibilities:

• Coordinate email campaigns to engage customers about Edurio’s products and services. 
• Where needed communicate directly with customers to support the sales team. 
• To compare potential customers against a set list of criteria.
• To carry out research on the potential customers in order to approach them with appropriate care and personalisation.
• To systematically track your progress towards individual and team key results.
• To contribute to Edurio sales process improvement and effici

• Interest in sales and market research.
• Great communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Previous sales experience will be considered an advantage.
