The role entails leading of training activities in technologies, development methodologies and/or management areas. Responsibilities:

• Analyze training needs, research and recommend training courses;
  
• Prepare training profiles and related materials;
  
• Plan trainings execution (including coordination with external parties);
  
• Monitor trainings preparation and execution processes;
  
• Perform trainings execution in areas of own expertise;
  
• Report training status to Human Resource Manager;
  
• Maintain company skills and knowledge database.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience working in IT company/department;
  
• Advanced past experience in technologies, development methodologies and/or management;
  
• Experience in training will be considered as an advantage;
  
• Strong communication skills and motivation;
  
• Team player;
  
• Good level in English reading/speaking/writing;
  
• Good understanding of Russian and Latvian.
