Logistics and documentary manager

Our company is dealing with industrial salts and chemicals. Looking for a logistics and documentary manager.

Responsibilities:

• managing of warehouse inventories (in Latvia and Netherlands);
• coordination of import of raw materials from Russia (working with shippers, customs agent, freight forwarders, Latvian customs);
• coordination of deliveries to customers in Europe (trucks, containers via freight forwarders);
• working with documents: issuance of invoices, certificates, CMR, BL etc.;
• organizing of import-export documents (electronic and paper) into the company MS Excel register.

• very careful and responsible working with documents;
• fluent English, Russian and Latvian languages;
• experience in international trade and logistics is welcome.

• office location: quiet centre;
• flexible timetable;
• probationary period 3 months;
• gross salary 1500 euros + bonuses based on performance.
