Logistics Manager

SIA LLR-ECOTECH is growing! To strengthen and further grow our team we are looking for a Logistics Manager (based in our Riga office).

Key responsibilities:

• Management of entire supply chain in cooperation with our production team and the HQ in Austria.
• Handling and understanding of available raw materials products as well as logistics processes and customer’s demands.
• Proactive interface and contact person for suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse contractors, production team and customers.
• Planning and booking of road, sea and freight transportations as well as handling of customs operations.
• Coordination with external  and internal warehouse providers and freight forwarders.
• Other tasks and responsibilities depending on qualification and experience.

Qualifications and experience:

• Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
• Two (2) years of experience as a supply chain manager or a similar position in logistics.
• Strong business development skills.
• Knowledge of logistics operations, commodities and markets.
• Experience with ERP systems like MS Business Central or SAP.
• Good language skills in English. Other languages such as German are of preference
• Ability to process problems and reach conclusions quickly.
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and within tight deadlines.
• Accurate and efficient working style with good attention to detail to complete the daily processes.
• Open personality with energy and the extra drive.

• Full time employment with 40 hours per week.
