Manager EUR BU Finance

As Manager BU Finance EU, you will provide financial planning and analysis support for the business unit in Europe. This role focuses on operational performance management and strategic decision support to drive business results.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A Operations – Europe, you will partner with business unit leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Legacy business unit across European markets.
• Analyze operational and financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders, commercial teams, and support functions to align financial plans and drive performance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Support ad hoc financial projects and transformation initiatives.

Strategic Alignment

Ensure financial planning and performance management for the Legacy business unit align with broader European and enterprise strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance roles supporting business units or operations, preferably in European markets.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or related sectors is preferred.
• Strong operational finance acumen and analytical skills.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and collaborative.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
